Choppy FPS
So I got a hankering for playing TF2 after all this BC2 playing, and there's just one little oddity that I didn't have before. Just about once a second there's a drop in my FPS, a really sudden drop. It's noticeable, and it makes the game feel choppy. I can see in net_graph 1 that it goes down about 40 or 50 during that split second. I'd really like to get rid of this, it's irritating. Any ideas?

its possible that its a result of the steam master server... they changed it recently and moved it to give better connections. but with a massive update like the UI update... it could be overtaxed. i remember biggy didnt even update until after we were done playing l4d2 where as i got mine automatically while i was at work.
